what are your traditions?

Hello everyone I am going to WDW in 26 days, and was wondering how everyone does there countdown and what everyone does to make the days go by faster?

I am watching disney movies, but I feel like I need to do more because time is going by not fast enough lol

my sister and i do little gifts for the kids with the number of days until we leave and surprise them on that day....like 25 cheetos in a gift bag in their lunch, 24 stickers, 23 jelly beans, ect. We have as much fun things of thinking as they do being surprised.

We play "what's your favorite....[fill in any disney topic here]" as we get closer, especially in the car. When we tire of that, we play the opposite, "what's your least favorite....[fill in any disney topic here]". It's always interesting to hear what the kids say, and I'm often surprised!

I listen to Disney park music on my I-Pod and in the car and I try not to overwhelm DH and DS with the Disney reading and planning I am doing each day.

Since we are all adults I don't do any of the typical surprise or count-down chains but we haven't been for 4 years so I been compiling a list of all the changes in the parks etc. since we last visited so we know what to concentrate on seeing and doing.

I'm also making a list of specific pictures I want to take by viewing pictures taken by others.

And since we're also going to Universal, I have a tremendous amount of planning to do!

oh thats cool yea been reading kingdom keepers the disney series lol and it is getting closer tomorrow will be 21 days

I have made scrapbooks for all our previous trips and we look at those. We watch lots of Disney movies. We talk about our favorite rides. When I am going to sleep at night I picture myself walking around the parks and try to remember every detail I can from our last trip.
