These are in no order:

1. Boma
2. Character Buffets (Chef Mickey's, 1900 PF, Crystal Palace, etc.)
3. Whispering Canyon
4. Rainforest Cafe
5. 'Ohana

Wow, what a great idea for a post. I'm curious to see the results. This trip coming up in June will be my first w/a toddler.

heres one you might not think of...coral reef. arrive early for your PS and ask to wait for a tank side table. you tot will have his nose to the glass the entire time and you can get some much needed conversation with your spouse.

Liberty Tree Tavern tops our list too. Mostly because when we went with our two boys, the tot was scared of the charactures. teh manager took our older child around to meet the charactures and explained that his brother was scared. the rest of the night the charactures made a big deal about hiding behind their hands everytime they passed the table and our older child loved it!

hmmmm 3 more. hmmmmmm. sci-fi drive in (another good child distraction place).

2 more...its so hard to say.....well we always love whisperingcanyon for breakfast and the hoop dee doo revue.

Coral Reef is definitely on our list. The fish kept our 14 month DD busy the entire time. Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace are great too, but be aware, your child may be deathly afraid of the characters as ours was. She also enjoyed Biergarten for the great selection of tasty food and entertaining show!

Although I they may not be MY top 5, they are great for Toddlers:

Chef Mickey's
Liberty Tree Tavern
Crystal Palace
Pizza Planet
Garden Grille

We are Buzz fanatics in my house, so a stop at Pizza planet is a must.

The garden grille character lunch is great too

1. Cinderella's Royal Table
2. Crystal Palace
3. Coral Reef (service can be extremely good or extremely bad, but the entertainment is always right on for the kids)
4. The Land Restaurant
5. 50s Prime Time

Honorable Mention:
Mama Melrose's
Cape May Cafe

Never Again:
Big River Grille (Brewery at Boardwalk)
San Angel Inn

My 3 year old's favorites:

Ohana (he calls it the coconut hula hoop place)

Chef Mickey's (great character interaction)

Crystal Palace (Pooh breakfast)

Sci Fi (loves eating in the car with the big TV)

Pizza Planet (he loves Toy Story)

Restaurantasaurus (loves dinosaur puppets in the happy meals)

Coral Reef (eating with the fishies) :)

San Angel Inn (he callis it eating with the mountain) ;)

Cosmic Ray's (he calls it the singing dinosaur)

But we take our kids everywhere. Disney is very kid friendly at all the different restaurants. :) Even our 1 year old can sit through a meal. :) The only place we ever had a problem was Concourse Steakhouse, and I think it was mostly due to them being overly tired. A good piece of advice, if you have a favorite "nice" restaurant (ours is Palio's) make a PS for 5:00 pm. That way you can eat the food you love and your kids don't disturb the romantic couples that eat later. ;) We always notice more younger kids at the earlier times. :)

1900 PF
Donalds
Mama Melroses
Kona Cafe
Counter service from your resort and eating outdoors by the pool area.
Aunt Polly's at the MK

Anne

Chef Mickey's

Liberty Tree Tavern (the food is so good here!!)

Garden Grill (great food too!)

Crystal Palace

and we love Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland. We eat and then relax while DS plays and enjoys the nightclub martian. It is a bit crowded, but if you hit a little before or after "regular" mealtimes, you can usually find a table down front hear the singer. It is typical fastfood fare, but we really like it there.
