A VERY close 4th is Chef's de France. I didn't love my meal at Chef's, but I ordered a dish I thought I would love and was lukewarm about, which isn't really the restaurant's fault. There were other dishes I debated and I think I would really enjoy. Also, never been to Bistro or Teppan Edo, but I'm fairly certain I would love those as well.

Resorts:

2. Jiko
3. Narcoossee's

I also like the Yachtsman, the Flying Fish, Kona Cafe, and Boma, but the above three are definitely the undisputed favorites.
