I just signed up for the 5 for January challenge and the January Exercise challange and am excited about both!
Do you just go out walking or anyone use workout DVDs in your home and if so which ones are any good? My DH leaves for work at 5:30 am and by the time we get home from work and finish all of our night activities it is dark out. I do not live in a bad neighborhood at all, I just get a little creeped out walking at night so I am trying to come up with other alternatives for exercising. It is not in our budget to join a gym or fitness center, and truthfully...I have gone that route several times only to end up quitting after a few months.
