What are Your Summer Plans?

What is everyone up to this summer? I'll be doing a lot of writing both curriculum and for the DIS as well as taking a trip to the World. What plans do you have?

Tutoring, working on my school's Middle States Reaccreditation steering committee, weekend day trips, and 10 days at BCV in August!

Well I'll be training for my first Half marathon in January in WDW. I also plan on writing some more articles for the DIS.

We've spent 3 of the last 4 weekends in IN visiting family. Just got home from there a few hours ago, and Wednesday we head to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg until Sunday. We are staying in a 5 bedroom cabin with my mom, stepdad, my sister's family, and my brother's family. 8 adults and 6 kids ages 12 (my DD), 10 (my DS), and my 4 nieces, age 8, 3, 2 and 11 mos. Words cannot express how excited I am! The rest of the summer will be filled with taekwondo 3 nights a week, and weekend trips to IN. School is starting 10 days earlier this year (Aug 12), so summer will fly by.

We usually stay close to home in the summer since we're so close to beaches, although I've been dabbling with the idea of heading to Nova Scotia in August. Usually we travel in the Fall/Winter. But whatever everyone has planned, do it quickly -as we know, the unofficial end of summer is fast approaching(July 4th for those that don't know)!

We are heading to Cali in July. We will be doing the DIS SF/BSM 60th! Super excited!

Renting a house for 5 weeks outside of Disney and using our year pass to go as much as we can!!!

Still got my summer semester, which ends on I believe.... July 28th? Then I'll have 3 weeks off in August. Nonetheless, managed to squeeze in a Disney trip from 6/12-6/16.

DISNEYLAND!!!!!! DISNEYLAND!!!!! DISNEYLAND!!!!!! DISNEYLAND!!!!! Going to cali for two weeks spending 3.5 days in Disneyland.

Well, for the 4th of July, DH and I have rented a condo in the Ozarks near Branson which will be fun. We will go to Silver Dollar City and do some other things. Then about 3 weeks later, DH leaves for Alaska for 10 days while I stay home with DD.

August 5th is when we find out the gender of our little one.

Labor Day weekend, DH and I are doing a little "babymoon" so to speak and are heading to Chicago for that.

A week later, DD, my mom and myself are headed to Florida for 13 days.
