What are your "Must Go To" places to eat?

For us it's Tusker House, I love that place, I think there's a good choice of food and it's reasonably priced. We also like 1900 Park Fare.

Our repeats are:
1. Biergarten @ Epcot
2. Tuskerhouse (lunch)@ AK
3. Crystal Palace (lunch)@ MK-We love to start off vacation with Winnie the Pooh and Gang!

Our family must dos are -
Must do char.meal is Chef Mickeys for breakfast only .
Epcot- Teppan edo
Downtown Disney-Planet Hollywood
Hollywood Studios -si fi dine in theater .
The food in the si fi is just ok but our boys luv sitting in the cars and watching the movies .

Our must dos are:
Crystal Palace breakfast
Planet Hollywood
Via Napoli

we do each of those twice each trip...

Other MUST dos are
Garden Grill
Whispering Canyon
Ohana breakfast (was our first ever character meal, so perhaps is sentimental to us to always repeat it!)
Tony's Town Square
50's Prime Time
Sci Fi
Cape May Cafe (dinner)

Our must do are character meals. Even with every aged group with us, we always love character meals and the food is good. We kick off our first night with Chef Mickeys for dinner and always do Crystal Palace in MK.

I'll second what she said! We love character meals. Our arrival night is always spent at Chef Mickeys and we are big fans of Crystal Palace. Another tradition my family has started is Ohana on the last morning. My son just loves Stitch and we really like the pineapple bread. That gives us a little Disney magic before we check out and fly home.

Musts for me and my DH are Le Cellier for lunch, it's the first reservation we book and we plan everything else around this. Also, we loved the Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge. The food is wonderful and I think your 8yo would love the atmosphere! We're making Les Chefs de France a tradition for us, we went there our first night for dinner and will continue to do so on every trip, we absolutely loved it. And Boma's breakfast simply can't be beat, an absolute must if you're looking for an amazing breakfast!! :)

LeCellier for supper...although last trip we couldnt get a reservation...
Also love the Kona Cafe for breakfast...so yummy
And Boma is always a must do...the food is great and the resort is wonderful.

My husband and I always make a stop at Victoria and albert's..but, with kids, I would say chef mickeys is a must!!

Raglan Road, Kona, and now Victoria & Albert's. :goodvibes Oh, and Sci Fi for the kids. :thumbsup2

Ohana - we have done breakfast and dinner and both were fantastic.
Boma - crowded as heck but the buffet was great, even my picky eaters found something!
Tusker House - we tried this during our last family trip for breakfast and it was AWESOME. Characters visit your table and the buffet was out of this world. I will definitely go back here!

We always eat at Chef Mickey's, O'hanas, Tusker House, Crystal Palace. We are adding some new ones for our upcoming trip!

We thinned out some of our must-do's on our last trip and are left with:

Ohana dinner--love, love, love  the food!

CP breakfast(early)--love the food, character interaction, being in the MK, and an empty Main Street.:thumbsup2

HDDR--my family loves ribs and we all still laugh like crazy at the same, silly jokes.:rotfl2::lmao:

My trips to WDW aren't complete without breakfast at 'Ohana and dinner at 1900 Park Fare. I don't even LIKE scrambled eggs but without fail I wind up taking seconds at 'Ohana. 1900 Park Fare has been a tradition since I was a little one (we celebrated my 6th-11th birthdays there) and holds fond memories - plus, I'm in love with the food. As of later years I've grown quite attached to Le Cellier at Epcot too.

My top three choices for family-oriented restaurants with decent eats are Crystal Palace breakfast, Ohana dinner & Hoop-Dee-Doo Review. All have decen't food and entertainment for people of any age.

We always seem to go back to:

Crystal Palace - lunch. (mostly because we do MK in a full day and need a nice sit-down late lunch to rest up).
Garden Grill - dinner
Cape May - breakfast
Boma - Dinner (do this after a full day at AK)

With two picky eating kids, the buffet/family style works for us.

The only "must" on our list is Flying Fish. The food and service always are topnotch. Le Cellier dinner used to be on the list, but, quite frankly, it just isn't worth the money or two dining credits. Ditto with California Grill. Boma is delicious and appeals to all ages, but we've been there so much that it's no longer a "must" for us. We dropped Cafe May Buffet from our list of "musts" after the price outstripped the quality. Artist Point is good, but it's not a "must." Same with Narcoosee's. Le Chefs de France and Coral Reef fell off our list after we had dreadful meals there.
