As I said in my milestone thread, I have accomplished 3 of my 4 milestones in my weight loss journey. I hope to get 4 done by Christmas. But after that I am stuck. I have been thinking about it since yesterday and I cant think of the next stepping stone.
I want them to be "no pressure" and not based on a number on the scale. What i mean by no pressure is I don't want to have accomplished x by x date. If I am not at my goal weight by my Disney-moon I will be disappointed, but not so stressed about it. I will just get there when we get back. Does that make sense? If it is based on time, then the stress really piles on as the deadline approaches and stress tends to make you eat and well we all know how that winds up!
If you didn't read my other post, my current completed milestones are, get to 208 lbs (personal issue), weigh less than my husband, and get to one-derland. The approaching milestone is be able to wear (comfortably) the size 10 jeans in my closet. One of my mini goals, but not rally a milestone, is to weigh less than 182. That number is significant, as it is the last weight my dh and I knew me to be at during my illness. I probably went lower, but that is the last one we know of. It will be nice to get there intentionally and not at death's door.
Anyway, what are your milestones? Have any suggestions for mine?
