What are your milestones?

As I said in my milestone thread, I have accomplished 3 of my 4 milestones in my weight loss journey. I hope to get 4 done by Christmas. But after that I am stuck. I have been thinking about it since yesterday and I cant think of the next stepping stone.
I want them to be "no pressure" and not based on a number on the scale. What i mean by no pressure is I don't want to have accomplished x by x date. If I am not at my goal weight by my Disney-moon I will be disappointed, but not so stressed about it. I will just get there when we get back. Does that make sense? If it is based on time, then the stress really piles on as the deadline approaches and stress tends to make you eat and well we all know how that winds up! ;)

If you didn't read my other post, my current completed milestones are, get to 208 lbs (personal issue), weigh less than my husband, and get to one-derland. The approaching milestone is be able to wear (comfortably) the size 10 jeans in my closet. One of my mini goals, but not rally a milestone, is to weigh less than 182. That number is significant, as it is the last weight my dh and I knew me to be at during my illness. I probably went lower, but that is the last one we know of. It will be nice to get there intentionally and not at death's door.

Anyway, what are your milestones? Have any suggestions for mine?
 
Raenstoirm, as I posted on the other thread a BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU!:cool1: Reaching milestones is awesome!!!

I actually hit a big milestone in my weight loss efforts this past week, but I am a bit embarassed to post the number. Lets just say I entered a new "decade" and leave it at that. But I haven't seen that number in 2 years!!!! I am so excited about that.

I also am close to another milestone. I set a goal back in March to loose 25# by the next TaeKwonDo testing (which would have been june), didn't make it, I reset it for September (didn't make that:rolleyes: ) and now I have testing again on Monday and I am 1# away from my goal!!!! I want to be at 25 so bad by Monday. I might just eat carrots all weekend!:rotfl:

I am then really setting a goal/milestone to lose 48 pounds by June. Basicly 2# a week, I will have to work and play hard to achieve that, but I want it badly.

Physically I reached a milestone, when I first started TaeKwonDo in January, I could only do push ups on my knees and push up position was on my knees, and I could only walk, not run during warmups. Now I can do pushups in the plank position (not very good, but I'm off of my knees!:thumbsup2 ) I can do the push up position in the plank position for a longer time, and I am jogging slowly during warm ups...

So my goals are to run with the group by June, and really increase my upper body strength to do good push ups.

So, I've reached some milestones, and I've got some to go. I set weight loss milestones as well as physical milestonses of what I want to be able to do.

Maybe that is something for you too, is there an exercise or activity you want to do? Maybe that would be something for you to set a goal for?

I need to set some new milestones too since I reached a couple of real big ones recently.

I want to run for one mile on the treadmill. Ever since I saw Heba do it on BL it's been a goal of mine.

I want to lose 7 pounds to get to the next 'decade' before I see my father, sister and brothers the end of January.

And finally, I want to get into a size 10 jean. My legs and butt could probably fit, but my tummy is in the way :upsidedow I honestly can't remember the last time I was in a size 10... It may have been before my oldest son was born and he is 21!
