Our plans are that DH will probably take the kids out around 6-6:30ish for Trick-or-Treating. With the time change, it should still be a little light out. DH and the kids will probably hit around 40 houses or so. DH's thinking about taking the wagon with a couple of blankets for the kids to sit on. I don't want the kids to be out too late and it's been wicked cold here in the NE lately.
I'll stay home and hand out candy to the kids that come to the house, which I love to do! (One year, I dressed up like Snoopy. You should have seen the little kids' faces light up when Snoopy answered the door.) This year, I'm giving out treat bags with full-size candy bars, McD's treat coupons, and a Dum Dum in each bag for little kids and mini sizes of Nerds, Three Musketeers, and Kit Kats in each bag for teenagers. Last year, we got about 40 kids.
