When planning your dining, plan your ADR at a restaurant near where you will be at that time. If you're in MK, eat in MK. Taking WDW transportation can add hours to your meal. Besure to check out the restaurant review section of this site. You can find the menu's here, however, I find them a bit more updated at Allears.net.
If you are on the dining plan, you are limited to participating restaurants.
