What are your favorite Resorts?

So my wife and I are thinking of using some of our points to take
a vacation just the two of us.
But not sure where to go.
So I was wondering what has been some of your favorite
NON-DISNEY Resorts/locations you have gone to with your DVC points?

(taking in mind we probably don't want to spend a forture on airfare to Africa or Austrialia or anything.)

We spent a week in Sedona, AZ with our points and it was FANTASTIC! We stayed at the Los Abrigados Resort & Spa in a 1BR unit. I'd highly recommend it!

We spent a week in Breckenridge, CO at the Marriot. Loved Breckenridge but we'll try to stay in a different resort next time.
