What are your favorite iphone apps?

If you love apps, try the appshopper. I've gotten a ton of new apps and it updates all the time. Best one I've seen yet.

Appshopper is great. You can find a lot of bargains, like apps that have temporarily had a price reduction. When a new or revised app comes out, the developers frequently lower the price for a few days so people will try it and post reviews. So, you can often get apps for free that will have a cost later.

Two apps I really like that have not been mentioned yet are Gaia and Ambiance. Gaia is a tile matching game that takes advantage of the iPod touch /iPhone ability to know what position it is in to slide tiles in place. It's a good game but, also relaxing.
Ambiance is a relaxation app with relaxing sounds. Some of the sound relaxation apps have a limited number of sounds built in that play on a loop. Ambiance allows you to choose the real recorde sounds (almost all free sounds) that you want to download and if they loop, it's not noticeable. I like the walk on a rainy French forest for working to and someone I know likes the coffee shop.

Oh, I am going to go try those as soon as I get off the DIS. I have the wait times app for WDW. We don;t have a trip planned, but I am always looking at the waits for some crazy reason. I guess it just keeps me connected.

I agree about Pandora. Awesome! And Kindle.

Also, I like the keyring app. You scan all the bar codes from all those little key tags, then you just hold your phone for the check out person to scan the barcode from that. My keychain is naked for the first time in years!

.

Does that work? I have CardStar, and find that most of my cards don't scan.

I just downloaded Pandora-what COOL technology!!!

Doodlejump is .99 and very addictive. DD16 got me to download it and we are both hooked.

Weatherbug is a great weather app. They have a Lite version that is free and a paid version that has more features.

I have apps for my banks, paypal, ebay, Amazon, Kayak (searches cheapest flights & hotels), pizza hut, redbox and even one that finds the closest post office. It's amazing how much these get used.

Happy App shopping!

I am so glad that someone started this thread...it is great... I downloaded almost every app on here. I am going to keep coming back here for all the best apps. Keep them coming.

BONUS!!! I just figured out I can plug my computer speakers into my Droid X and listen to Pandora on those!!!!

My friends and I enjoy FourSquare, it's esp fun when someone is at disney, you can follow them as they move through the parks...

Shazam now costs money if you do more than 4 songs a month or something silly like that, but worth the $5 IMO

Farmville has an app that's free, if your into that...

The DIS has an app :-)

Sex Offenders shows their location/crime they were convicted of, and photo

I have all the weather apps and like The Weather Channel the best. It has great details in the map view.

The Impossible Game, which so far has been impossible, but if you have any sort of musicality, you could do well...

Nother fan of Doodle Jump

Honestly, one of my new favorites is RunPee. It tells you when in a movie you can get up and miss a few minutes (so you can run pee!) without missing anything important to the plot.

That's what I love about technology - it answers the REALLY important questions in life.

My favorite app is the Facebook one..that gets used all day long.

Others I use a lot. I have Dashboard, its a speedometer, and has a heads up display where it will display on your windshield (I have a camaro that I race at the track and it doesn't have the speedometer hooked up).
