What are your children dressing up as for Halloween?

If you have ever seen the new music video of Pink's called "Funhouse", DD 11 is dressing up as an evil clown from the video--it is quite the creepy costume as you cannot tell at all who it is! Head to toe black and white-nothing showing! The mask is all white and expressionless and she is wearing a white top, black tube top over top, black tutu, black derby hat.
DS 13 is a "Skarecrow"--it is also a really excellent costume--creepy as well!
Kind of miss when I could dress them as princesses and cartoon characters!

My blonde, green-eyed DD13 and her blonde, blue-eyed boyfriend are going gothic, and they're going ALL OUT. Black hair, "piercings", scary-looking "tattoos", thick black eyeliner, the whole thing. Should be fun! :thumbsup2

My kids always like to coordinate their costumes:rotfl: This year DS10 is planning to be a magician and DD12 a rabbit comming out of a hat.

DS(6) is going as Dan from Bakugan
DD(3) can't make up her mind either minnie or cinderella.
I have a purple and black halloween tshirt. I am going to have black nail polish, lipstick, and purple and black eyeshadow.

Our three year old daughter is going as a sorceress with a dark blue and gold robe, iridescent blue cape, and hat. (She only cares about the hat. ;))

I'm going as a vampire victim in a nightgown, slippers, and shawl with bite marks on my neck.

And my husband seems to be thinking Willy Wonka, but I'm not sure, it's all very hush hush and I've only seen the hat.

DD10 is going as a Renaissance princess.
DD9 is going as bacon.

My daughter turns 3 on Halloween and has decided to be a spider (much to her dads disgust.....he hates spiders :lmao:)

DD wanted to be this:

but I thought it was a bit too Tween-ish for a 9yo so we bought the costume but I am making some changes. No fishnet stockings, black yoga pants instead. Since DD is petite, the "dress" is not nearly so short or tight as in the pic so I think it will be fine. She will wear a t-shirt underneath for coverage and because she doesn't like the feel of the "lace" on her skin. As the weather has been so crummy this October, she will probably have to bundle up and no one will see it anyway! :lmao:

DS 10 is going to be struck by lightning. I am going to engineering the attachment of lightning to a burned out umbrella this weekend. Also burning some shorts and a shirt. Should be fun!

DD (9) is Sharpay from HSM. Got it at the Disney Store 50% off a few months back. Instead of a wig, I think I may glitter blonde spray her hair.
DS (7) is Optimus Prime. I got the costume for $2 at Tarjay's last year Halloween clearance and he's going to wear his voice changing helmet.
DH (30) is going as Bumblebee. He's wearing the Bumblebee helmet.

I haven't figured out what I'm going to be- last year as a pun on myself I was Bedtime Miss Piggy which was super easy and popular- long blonde curly wig, headband with pink construction paper pig ears, blue sparkle eyeshadow, lots of makeup, pink painted-on snout, Target Nick & Nora pig flannel pjs, and a pink curly-q pipe cleaner safety pinned the back of my pj bottoms. I also had a $1 stuffed frog to carry (Kermit).

Walmart costumes:

We have Sharpay for my 9yo...some fairy princess thing with wings for my 7yo and my son will be "Rarrrrrrrrhhhhh"--which is what he calls monsters. His monster is a glow in teh dark skeleton costume. He is 2.

DD isd going to be a 50s girl, which is funny, since I don't think she really "gets" it. She just likes the cute outfit!:rotfl2:DS wanted to be a 50s greaser guy, but we just don't have all the stuff for a costume-leather jacket, Converse, etc.-he did want to roll up some fake cigs in his sleeve. Creative, but I don't think appropriate!

My ds is 13 and for the 1st time won't be trick-or-treating. : ( He does have an orange t-shirt that says "This shirt is my Halloween costume." :lmao:

Dd will be a Colonial Girl. It's a store bought costume that a friend gave us.

My DD6 is going to be a black and white kitty
DS10 is going as Commander Cody from Star Wars the Clone Wars.

:rolleyes1My kids are all gown up now. :sad1: I do have 6 grandkds so that is fun. The oldest is 11 and too cool for costumes until the last minute. DGS who is 5 will be Spiderman, that is all he ever wants to be, DGD 5 y/o will be some sort of princess and her baby sister will have the same costume. Their brother who is 3 is going to be Bumblebee from Transformers. I am going with their mother to help and to my horror I have to be dressed up for a party DH and i are going to right after. I wonder if I can take a bag for me. :lmao:

9 yr old DD is going to be Hermione from Harry Potter
7 yr old DD is going to be a "pretty" ninja :rotfl:
