What are your BEST White Elephant gift exchange ideas?

When we've done White Elephant exchanges we always make the rule that it has to be something you don't want but usable.

My son went to one at church a couple of years ago and one of the gifts was a stinky old shoe.

We have done Chinese/Yankee Swaps with my husband's side of the family for the last couple of years. It helps the pocket book tremendously. My daughter took a Sponge Bob toilet seat as her exchange. It got a good laugh!
