What are your "best ever" hotel room snacks!!

We are planning for our trip. POR in Dec. I was thinking that even though we have free dining we might want to have really good snacks late at night. I am drawing a blank. I can think of boring ole granola bars, but I want to be creative. Do you guys have any good ideas. I was wondering if you could do cup of soups with the coffee pot water? I have to say that we are flying, and I will pack some snacks. I will also have Garden Grocer bring a little too.
