What are you up to this Bank Holiday Weekend?

Well on Monday I'll be at work because it's not a bank holiday here.

My eldest DD is performing in the centre of town tomorrow singing and dancing So im hopeing for lots of nice weather
Then on Sunday it's my youngest DD's 7 birthday
So party in the morning until dinner then in the afternoon family are coming round for tea,Domino pizza MMMMMMMmmmmm

I'm pleased to report that my target of getting DD's bedroom finally painted was completed yesterday! So I've got nothing much planned for today

Friday - completed removal of everything out of room apart from bed and wardrobe (too big to move anywhere). DD sleeping in study.

Saturday - two coats of gloss on all woodwork and 'bits'.

Sunday - two coats of vinyl silk on walls. Moved furniture back in. Everything looks fresh, clean and new Off to IKEA tomorrow for a few bits and bobs. Hoping DD will be able to move out of study as soon as new curtains / blinds are up.

Trouble is, I know what's probably coming next:
September - nag DD to finish getting all the boxes sorted out and the piles of 'stuff' out of the garage and back into her bedroom.
October - DD back to university so, in her absence, throw all remaining boxes from garage back into bedroom. Survey resulting mess and wonder why we bothered decorating! LOL
