What Are You Reading Right Now?

I'm reading, Naturally Thin, by Bethany Frankel. Nothing earth shaking, but some interesting things to think about. I don't know if I like it, I'm about 1/2 way through.

Still plugging away at Under the Dome. It's going slow for me because the Olympics are sucking all my free time away. I'm really enjoying the book. According to the Kindle, I'm about 28% done. That's the one thing I don't like about the kindle, no page numbers.

I finished Hot Six and thought it was great. I want to just pour through the rest of the series but I'm trying to space it out.

For my new bedtime book, I just started Big Stone Gap which so far is completely charming. I think I'll enjoy it.

I Heard That Song Before by Mary Higgins Clark started it on the plane coming home from the most magical place on Earth. :sad2:

I think I read on here about a book. A fiction about Lewis Caroll and Alice in wonderland? I wonder what the title is. I am interested.

Pefect Match by Jodi Picoult.

Night by Elie Wiesel (for English class).

Also just finished Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt (again, for English).

/
Betrayed by PC Cast and Kristin Cast ~ 2nd book in the House of Night series.
I just got it and started it last night...so far, so good. :thumbsup2

I just started Outlander and :dance3::dance3:

400 pages in just a couple of days and yes I work:rotfl: Can't put it down.....................

I'm on the OUTLANDER bandwagon:banana::banana:

Have a Magical Disney Day

I started "The Things We Do for Love" by Kristin Hannah 2 days ago.
I cannot put this book down! I loved all her books, and this one is no exception.

I read Night in one day. I couldn't put it down. My heart was pounding for everything that Elie was put through. I'm so glad that he survived to tell his story.

A friend of mine told me his DD had to read it for school. She was so moved by the book that she wrote the author to tell him how the book made her feel. She still has the letter she received from him, framed and on her wall. She was in HS when she read it... about 15 years ago.

HA...just wait til you hit the second and third book of the series! See what it says BELOW my avatar?? :cloud9: I'm reading VOYAGER right now.(3rd in the series) I'm 700 pages in with 100+ to go. Think I've been reading it for about a week now. When I get to the last 2 of the series, I'm getting the audio books, my library only has those available. I want to hear what Jamie and Claire sound like....especially Jamie!

Love her books except for one. Can't remember the name at the moment but I would know it if I saw it.

Her name is Adriana Trigiani. It seems like it will be very good.
No, not the same author as the book I am thinking about.

Betrayed by PC Cast and Kristin Cast ~ 2nd book in the House of Night series.

I've enjoyed that series so far. I'm all caught up, waiting for the next one to be published.

If you enjoyed Night, I would suggest Fatelessness. It is also a movie.

They also make great re-reads while waiting for the next book to come.:rolleyes1

just started reading "levittown: two families, one tycoon, and the fight for civil rights in america's legendary suburb" by david kushner

it's a true story of the first african american family to move into levittown, pennsylvania in 1957

Finished I, ALex Cross yesterday- great book, I could recommend it to anyone. Started the Sookie Stackhouse Series with the 1st book, Dead Until Dark, this morning. So far so good, it's pretty much the same story as the 1st Season of True Blood, although I'm only a few chapters in so we'll see!

Just to make sure.......is Fatelessness non-fiction. My DD's have to read a non-fiction book & both loved the book Night when they read it.
