I'm most looking forward to :

French booth- Escargots Persillade en Brioche , Creme Brulee au Chocolate au Lait, and Parisian Cosmo Slush

Hops and Barley Booth- New England Lobster Roll :lovestruc

I'm going tomorrow!! Most Looking forward to the Sam Adams 16th anniversary festival beer!! and that Pumpkin Mousse!!

Pumpkin mousse? Where is that one?

I am looking forward to multiple items. We plan on getting 2 from each booth at the very least. Although I will say the Baileys cake in Ireland is AWESOME!

I was hoping some folks have reviews of some of the food.

Its at the Hops and Barley Booth near Sam Adams:

Pumpkin Mousse with Ocean Spray Craisins and Orange Sauce $1.50

The pumpkin mousse and the Hawaii booth...and everything else!

Food: everything.

Drink: i'm hoping they have this frozen mojito (not sure which country or if was just some random bacardi stand) that I had in 2009! it was one of the best drinks I've ever had! Besides the konk kooler on castaway cay, of course

Anybody know what I'm talking about with this frozen mojito goodness I speak of??

From this year's Caribbean booth:

•Frozen Rock Coconut Mojito $7.50

Last year it was the Puerto Rico booth (which is not there this year) and it was not a coconut mojito. So not the same as last year.

Unfortunately it appears the 16th anniversary beer is Boston Ale which has been available forever in bottles pretty much anywhere...having it on tap is nice though since they have been pouring it in bottles at the festival in past years.

I'm looking forward to a lot of dishes I already know I like. As far as new tastes are concerned, I think I'm most anticipating the Bunny Chow from the South Africa booth and the strawberry-lime margarita from the Mexico booth. I know that the La Cava margaritas are probably better, but I love strawberry and lime, plus I'm quite happy that the Mexico booth is serving a margarita on the rocks for a change!

lobster roll
belgium waffle
fishermans pie and bailey cake:love:
empanadas
Coconut Mojito...oh so can't wait.
kielbasa and pierogie
canadian cheddar soup

The little lamb cutlet from Australia was AMAZING.

Bunny Chow from SA was good (but then I am from South Africa so I was probably comparing it unfavorably to the real thing).

Chocolate Creme Brulee from France was yummy.

Sushi from Japan was excellent according to my DH and daughter.

France- coq au vin, creme brûlée, Parisian slush
Ireland- lava cake
South Africa- filet with mashed sweet potatoes
Greece- everything
Germany- apple strudel
Hawaii- pork sliders

... thats just a start! Everything looks amazing. Plus m a Riesling fan so I'll definitely be sampling those!
