What are you getting your DH?

This thread is giving me ideas as he hasn't asked for hardly anything this year. Hoping he comes up with something soon as I want to get my shopping done early this year if I can.

So far all I've got is the last season of 2 & 1/2 men and a hat I picked up at the WL from our stay this fall.

He isn't my DH yet... but it'll be BF and I's first christmas living together :)

I got him:

- a PSP bundle with Little Big Planet (we love playing that game together on the PS3)
- a 16 GB memory stick for the PSP
- Periodic Table shower curtain (like the one in Big Bang Theory)
- Season 1 of Big Bang Theory
- Dragon Cufflinks
- Scientific American subscription
- underwear, socks, long johns
- two boxes of ferrero rocher - a large 32 box, and regular 16 (He LOVES ferrero!!)
- Oooh! I also knitted him a scarf but gave it to him already because it's super cold now!

Plus, I suppose you could count our trip to Disney World as a partial gift. We're not going until February... but I was thinking about sticking our etickets in our stockings (if we get them in time!!)

Jack Skellington Snuggie (joke) if I can swing it.

I love this idea since my DH is a huge Nightmare Before Christmas fan but I just did a google search and found it at amazon for about $30 shipped which I don't know if I can bring myself to spend that since I doubt he'll ever use it

I have no idea what to get DH. So far I have bought tickets to Sunday at the Quail Hollow Golf Tournament, the new Bruce Springsteen CD, and a tshirt from WDW last month.

There was another CD he told me he wanted but he bought it the next day. :headache::headache::headache::mad:

He is not a technie, gamer, or into really anything. He watches a lot of sports but already has things for his favorite teams. He doesn't go out for lunch or go to Starbucks or DD in the mornings for coffee. He is just so hard to buy for.:confused3

There is absolutely nothing my husband wants or needs. I buy all of his clothes and shoes/boots throughout the year and he has so much stuff he can't wear it all. He owns every tool and gaget there is. From a 4 wheeler to John Deere mower, from generator to power washer. In fact I always tell him I'm putting a RAC sign on the gargage because someone is always borrowing something (which is a different story). He's also a contractor so we have every tool, saw, drill, etc you could think of. He has gift cards from last Christmas still from family. So I got him a new supply of movies and a couple of new grumpy tee shirts. BTW -- I'm just as bad. If I want something, I buy it for myself. We are certainly spoiled and impossible to buy for.

Bolding mine.

I went shopping for the kids with DH and he found a series of books by his favorite author that he really wanted so he came home and tried to request them from the library. I could've sworn when he was doing it that I heard him say "darn, they don't have them." So I bought them for him for Christmas. Well, while he was at work the library called and said the books he requested were in so I went in to pick them up and it was that series so I had them put them back, lol. They put a note in the computer to tell him that they were lost if he asks (it's a small town and the librarians know our family). I feel a little bad about it though because he has National Guard drill next weekend and he sleeps there and now he won't have anything to read. But I did suggest a different book to him.
