I'll probably watch the Puppy Bowl for a while....I really don't have any plans.

I used to sometimes watch the SB for the commercials, but a couple of years ago they were ALL awful. Violent, and just plain in bad taste -like the one where the robot gets fired and "kills" itself. So the Super Bowl has no appeal whatsoever for me.

I wanted to work on my scrapbook, but DH invited some friends over for the game, so I guess I won't. Maybe I can scrapbook while DH cleans the house for his company!

MAking food for my friends without power; learning how to use a chainsaw so I can cut up the 40 foot tree in my yard, not to mention all the smaller trees that have fallen in my yard; helping out at the stables we use to clear trees off of the fence line, then some laundry for friends without power. I think that will take up most of the day.

We'll be doing our weekly grocery store run, watching some of the tv coverage of the "big game", watching Springsteen, and maybe catch up on some of the tv shows on the DVR.

I'm going to see Jersey Boys!! My MIL got me the ticket as a gift and at first I was a bit freaked about missing some of the SuperBowl but when the Giants blew it, I didn't care anymore, lol Have a great time at Lion King. i'm taking ther kids to see that next month

I'll be going to church (a 5 hour exercise since I am a worship leader, but I love it.)

Then, I have to take DD to tour the hospital where she's having surgery Monday. Not so fun. She knows the hospital well- too well, but hasn't had any surgeries since they moved last year.

I'm not a big football fan, but I think I'd rather be watching the game

Well. It will be super-duper-pooper-excitement around here.

Tonight we purchased "Guaranteed to work" drain opener from Home Depot for our bathtub.

Since it's in a black bottle with a skull and crossbones and the bottle was in a plastic bag on the shelf, DH has decided we will do this in the morning, open all the windows and I am banned from the bathroom for several hours.

So we'll be waiting around on the toxic stuff to work and hoping we don't freeze our keisters off.

I'm making super bowl food (chili cheese fries, homemade chips and salsa, lil smokies, meatballs) but we're not watching the super bowl.
We'll probably play Mario Party.
