We are going April 18th (with the rest of the world it seems!) and today I am ironing on shirt decals for our custom shirts and dusting off the suitcases.... what are you guys doing? how long until you leave?

Ha! Our trip isn't until November, but I'm starting to think about restaurants and park days, etc. I've been on this site and TGM for the last couple hours, the boys are watching Disney movies.

We are 58 days away and today I made our meal plan and grocery shopping list (we're in the villas for just over a week so i plan on doing a lot of cooking). My son and I also removed one chain from our Disney countdown chain!!

Can you tell me more about the shirts you're making? Plain T-shirts? Where did you get the decals? What decals?

We're starting to drive down on the 23rd and I haven't done anything beyond dreaming of the trip! I have a lot of packing to do, but other things are taking priority right now. I'll start packing a little next weekend, but the bulk of it will be done the weekend before.

I'd like details too! I'd love to make some simple custom t-shirts for our trip with a small decal. Can anyone help me with that? I know you can do some on your home computer but ours doesn't print the best.

We leave April 14th. Today I packed my DD's car bag and all her cloths (let's hope the weather is right and that she will only need capri's this week). I also packed the box of food and such for the car trip. Later tonight I will be making sure that DH has enough t-shirts for the trip. Also I just purchased our Sea World tickets online today. hmmmm, what else should I be doing?

Our trip isn't until the end of October but today I am scouring the disboutique thread and other sites for ideas for the custom outfits I will make for the kids. Also I will empty the change out of my purse into out "Disney Fund" which is generally just a way to feed our pin trading addiction.
...t.

Try www.zazzle.com for custom made Disney shirts. I got them for our family there. I found the link thru the Disney site. I got my son's shirt for his b-day there with mickey, his name, and "Today is my Birthday" on the back. You choose the graphic, the font, the size of it, where it's written, and what color. I got 2 other shirts with differnt Disney graphics and the kids names. The total for all 3 was $49. Which I didn't think was bad for a professionally done shirt.

I'm searching for a rain cover for our new stroller. I had one spotted on ebay, and lost it at 23 seconds to go. Hopefully we won't need a rain cover, but you can never tell in FL.

The problem is that with 8 people that would get too expensive. Plus, we have a few in the group that sizing would be hard so I know they would prefer to get their own shirt and then iron-on something. So I would love to just be able to order the iron-on's. Does anyone want to make some for me?????:flower3:

I didn't do/get anything today for our upcoming summer trip, but today I did buy 6 matching Disney tees for our upcoming Thanksgiving trip with the grandparents!!

Working on a custom outfit for older dd for our trip in 21 days. I have to make one for younger dd, then I will be done with clothes. They won't ahve custom outfits everyday, but I do have to study for a final before we leave also!

Our trip isn't until December, and I bought the kids new lanyards for pin trading today. I try to buy a little here and there so it does not all sneak up on us. We have exactly 255 days before our trip. Soo.. far yet soo.. near!

Have fun!

I just purchased a new on from Babies R Us for $14. You can get them online. As sure as you don't have one you know you'll need it. These are made to fit most strolllers. ;)

We are closing in on our trip so I bought sunscreen today. I'm going to organize clothes tonight and figure out what everyone will wear. The next two weekends are super busy for us so it has to be done this weekend. I might end up packing the kid's bags just to get it done. I have to wait until they go to sleep since they don't know we are going:goodvibes

I went to Dollar Tree today and bought some stuff for our trip. I got lots of Disney stickers, princess tops (the spinning kind ;) ), princess light up yo yo's, an over the door organizer for bathroom items, princess and mickey/minnie puzzles, and some princess chalk.

Yesterday I was at the Disney store at our local mall and bought a few $4.99 t-shirts and a knit dress for my DD's.

Our trip isn't until Oct 8th. I think I've jumped the gun a little bit. But I couldn't pass up those $4.99 shirts and once I got started shopping I just felt the need to continue. Hopefully I'll have enough restraint not to start buying our snacks yet :lmao:

I got the plain shirts and iron on transfers at Michael's craft store. The designs were made by the talented and wonderful people over on the design board- be careful though- it's addicting! I have a shirt for each day for our group!

I sorted what I have for DD - clothes plus Tink supplies plus travel stuff - and began my own packing list. Oh, and we made sure the two suitcases will fit in the trunk with the stroller, LOL

Well, we're almost down to the fifty day mark, so I'm thinking about buying the basics, sunscreen, first aid, etc. Today I won't do much, as we're going to the Medeival Fair, but tomorrow, I think I'm going to set up our packing list.

Can't wait for May!!!!!

We are 56 days out. I will probably keep putting things in the vacation box, which is my holding area until I start putting stuff in suitcases.

I have a mountain of customs to sew between now and then for DD and I want to do a couple of t-shirts for myself.

I've already got my binder with all our reservations and everything I just have to add a few things to it. I also have to double check my ADRs, I think I'm a few meals short but the important ones are done.

I don't have too much left to do besides sewing and packing. I've really been on this trip. I just have to prepay for a photopass CD and the prepay the rental car and I'm good to go.
