What are you doing to get in shape this year?

I try to work out about 6 days a week - several days of running and several days of circuit training with weights. Specifically in 2012, I'll be training for my first 15K in July.

It isn't getting in shape per se but I will be concentrating on getting my race times down next year. More mileage, more work at the track, and changing my gym time and cross training to maximize my speed. I made the mistake in 2011 of putting on too much muscle at the gym which killed my times and I am aiming to qualify for Boston in the fall of 2012 which will require a 3:05.
 
DFH and I are doing Power 90! Excited!

Just ordered my copy of Power 90! My cousin did P90x and he got in amazing shape, but suggested that I do Power 90 first. He's a carpenter and does mostly physical work, while I'm more of a desk jockey. He's starting P90X2 after Christmas, so when I get through Power 90 maybe he'll let me use his old P90X set!
