Hi, I'd love to join in here! I sew, but I also love to draw and paint.

I just got my sewing machine back from the shop and sewed up a little patchwork quilt block. I think I will turn it into a pillow!

Thanks! I've been sewing for about 8 years, quilting for about 6.

Very cool. I've never done much of any sewing. My MIL loves sewing & has a very nice machine. I wouldn't mind learning though as I'd like to make some drapes & pillows!

I always tell people "if you can drive, you can sew!" Drapes and pillows can be really easy, all straight lines!
