To be fair: I'm listening to a podcast and they are talking about a documentary that Jay Z. made with the New York Times about mass incarceration.

Halloween costumes. Children want to be Darth Vadar and a zombie and DH has decide to be Magnum P.I.
I'm thinking I'll be Lady laying on the couch drinking wine in peace

My DD is a college sophomore now but during senior week in high school she dressed up as Magnum PI for 80's day - mustache included. Most of the students didn't know who she was but all the teachers did. And the teachers did the voting for best costume and she won! My DH & I were watching old re-runs of Magnum PI on AppleTV at that time so that's where she got the idea from.

As for what I am thinking about ....
.....bummed that the weekend is over and it's back to work tomorrow
.....reflecting on how much fun I had with my DD, sister and good friend at a local Home-A-Rama yesterday and feeling a sense of accomplishment since seeing all those nice houses inspired me to clean out and organize my linen closet today
.....wondering why my 8 month old dishwasher started making a whistling sound .... annoyed that I have to call for service but thankful it's still under warranty
.....lastly I'm contemplating which Bath & Body Works scent to use for my bath tonight!
