what ARE you buying with 20% off target

Diapers... not sure what else yet. I need kid headphones but not sure what all they still have in stock in stores. I may just wait until Thursday to go in hopes some stuff is restocked better.

We just bought a cart full of Kleenex, paper towels and Ziploc bags to get the $10 off $40 that was in the ad. Then my DD had been saving to get a
3DS so we bought it so she could get the 20% plus the 5% REdcard and pay us back. It did work on the 3DS even though it said "no video games." For some reason it excludes games and a couple of named consoles (a PS and XBox), but other video game consoles are eligible for the discount. Also got a couple toys for the church's giving tree and for my niece, and some LED lights that we say we'll get every Christmas and never do. All together we saved $75.14 with the 20%, $2 in manufacturer's coupons, $10 in Target's ad coupon, and $14.29 RedCard discount. Spent $291 total.

I was one who didn't get the coupon on Friday so the asst manager wrote it on my receipt yesterday. I worried that it wouldn't work but it did. I got 4 lego sets (two were originally $60, marked down to $30), small strand of lights, 9 Erin Baker's breakfast cookies, egg nog, jelly, toothpaste, pre-paid cell refill card. Total was originally $127 and the manager did the 20% off by hand which brought it down to $98 and then my cartwheel and 5% discount made it $93! What a deal!

To make it better, one of the $30 lego sets was for my son's friend but my son (8yo) said he wanted it too. So My husband started the check out while I ran to get another one. When I got back, he took my son outside while I had the other one rung up. Such a great deal that I couldn't pass it up and somehow managed to do it without my son seeing. I have never moved so fast in Target before!

I used mine today, mostly on groceries. Also got cat food, a clearance sweater, and some mascara and shampoo that I also had manufacturers coupons for. I got a set of pajamas for my SIL that were already 30% off, so they ended up being a really good deal. And she lives overseas so she won't realize that they were kind of cheap. Lol.

Saved about $30 all up... Should have bought more but I just don't need that much right now!

For those who have asked if the 20% works with entertainment cards other than disney, I bought a Regal and a Taco Bell card, and the 20% only came off Regal ( which showed as an entertainment card on my receipt while the Taco Bell didn't).

I bought Starbucks, bass pro shop and outback and they all say ENTERTAINMENT cards on my receipt but none were eligible for 20% off

I got mostly groceries, plus pet food (got $10 in gift cards from that), some clothes for my girls, and odds and ends of household things that were in the sale ad today. I was hoping to find a case for my new iPad but struck out on that one.

This is all very interesting. I bought a Christmas gift for my grandson because it was on sale for Black Friday, then read about the 20% off coupon. So whatever I end up using it for will be "free money", I guess. I do need a television for my guest bedroom, and will spend a couple of days thinking about possibly some other gifts. Or I might give it to my office manager who is a single mom with two kids to buy for.

We do all of our grocery shopping at target so we stocked up. We had 4 carts full of groceries, toiletries, OTC meds, forks, fondue pot, jeans and t shirts for DH, winter gloves (kids are always losing these), you name it. If I thought I would need it in the next month and it was not perishable we bought it:thumbsup2.

Our total was 1100 before coupons an we got it down to 847 after coupons and discounts (scored 4 target gift cards as well).

The best part...I had two coupons and was able to give one to the gal in front of me in line and save her $90 as well.

I plan to do grocery shopping, stocking stuffers, a few last minute gifts, and anything that I have a great coupon with!

So are we able to use other printable target coupons with the 20% off coupon? Anyone done it? :] it would be awesome to get the 20%, target coupons, manufacturer coupons and the cartwheel! :]

soo now we know that GC are really excluded what are you going to buy? Groceries for me just to save the trip to Winco. My Christmas shopping is pretty much done. So I am blank on what else I may NEED lol

I bought a TV and groceries. I asked about the Disney cards when I was looking at TV's and he tried ringing one up but like most of us it did not work. So I just got my TV, some printer ink and a few food items. I did put one Starbucks card in and I think it did work.

Anyway, they did not take my coupon from me. So my question is do you think I can use it again or do you think each coupon has a unique scanner number on it? The first 4 digits on mine are 9856 and the last 4 are 5322 with a lot of number in between. Can someone check their coupon and see if their numbers are the same 4 beginning and ending? If so, I am sure it will work again and I am off to buy more groceries at the end of the week? Thanks

My barcode numbers are completely different from yours. I believe that they were meant for 1-time use.

I was wondering myself what I would use it for since most of my shopping is done.

I will definitely attempt to use it for a Regal GC at my Target. Crest Whitestrips for sure. Swap Force figures if that works. Probably some stocking stuffers and groceries.

I plan on getting pull-ups, groceries, a couple of kids' gifts, and some Cartwheel items. I may take advantage of the household items deal. Will need lots of cleaning supplies while potty training...

Thank you for mentioning pullups... sometimes I am so dense, that is a great thing to stock up on 20%off.

I didn't get my Christmas family before BF, so I will use my coupon on items for them, and on household items (thanks for the heads up on the $10) and perhaps a few trinkets for me. :)

OHHH Printer ink duh thank you :)

I bought extra laundry soap and garbage bags to hit the 40 for 10 coupon
Pullups I did buy but since we use 1 a night and may not be in them long I did not buy a crazy amount. I printedas many coupons as I could use and updated my cartwheel I plan to do the same thing later this week.
