What are typical low attendance days for AK and Epcot?

Planning our itinerary for early March and would love feedback on crowds at AK and Epcot on Thursday, Friday or Saturday?
 
Avoid Epcot on the weekends during festival season. I've had good experience with Thursdays at Epcot.
