What are the rules about height disablities?

I have a niece that is in 5th grade and has a height disablility, what are the rules about this?

The person must meet the height requirement. It does not matter if they are a dwarf. They do not take age or disability into account usually. Not sure how they handle it currently. If she is in a wheelchair or ECV then they would not usually require the person to meet the height requirement unless they are obviously too short. Maybe a CM from parks can answer better.

I agree with PP...they dont judge you by anything other than your height. The rides just aren't safe if you do not meet those requirements. I think you should call disney and ask but honestly not sure they can do much as they can't bend the rules.

my son is petite like me an he wont get to ride indy again third time in row he will be so sad

You would need to contact the park and maybe even be there to get a 'for sure' answer, but part of the answer may be where the person's lack of height is.
Some people with dwarfism or short stature are small/short all over and would not fit into the restraints safely.
Other people with dwarfism might have a torso that is more average size and have arms and legs that are shorter than average. People with that type of short stature may fit safely into the restraints even though they will never be 'tall enough' to meet the height requirement to ride the attraction.
