What are the perks of being an AP?

I have lost my little green book, it was from last year anyway.
My question is what are the CURRENT perks of being an AP?
CKN rates aside, of course!!!
Does anyone know if they still offer a discount at the Polynesian Luau, now Spirit of Aloha?

without having to buy passes. Also, we tend to stay for over a week, so these passes are a better deal for us than hoppers. We park hop as much as we want, get free parking, and some small dining discounts. We also occasional get room discounts (but I wouldn't count on them).

We already have AP's and also spend more than one vacation a year at WDW. What I wanted to know were the exact discounts that we are entitled to.
