What are the offerings at Mama Melrose's Fantasmic Package?

Does any one know what the actual items offered as an apetizer, entree and desert in the Mama Melrose Fantasmic Dinnier package that have gone recently. And was it good.

When I went in August you picked from the regular menu. The menus are available on WDWinfo and on allears. It was good, a lot better than I expected from the reviews on allears.

Was it any appetizer on the menu? and is it served family style for a family of 4 or do we pick individuals?

We went in January and ordered off the main menu. Each person ordered individually- not served family style - and with the package you get an appetizer, even if you are on the dining plan. We really enjoyed the food there, our service seemed a bit slow, and we were in there for probably 2 hours, but it was raining so we didn't care! It was packed too.

We ate at Mama's in March with the package. You get an appetizer with the pkg. on the BDP. I had the Bruschetta appetizer. It was big enough for two. I didn't care for the Chicken Parm. the sauce was very sour. We had a very early dinner like 3:40 so the slow service didn't bother us. It also rained that evening for awhile.
