What are the odds?

I saw somewhere that the 09 rates might be out this Sunday (Aug.3rd) along with park tickets going up.I know nothing is for sure and some people think the 09 rates won't be out till the middle of the month,so,I'd like to know who thinks they will be out this Sunday or later?

All the CMs I spoke with said rates for 09 will be out the end of Aug

Per my AAA TA, it will be Sunday (Aug. 3)

I received "guaranteed rates" via phone yesterday. I am sure the site will be updated to reflect the new rates by Sunday. Howver none of them knew anything about the pricing guidelines for the dining plans.
