The problem statement is that we have very limited time for Sea World. We are planning to visit next Thursday, but we have 1900 Park Fare breakfast at 10:30am, and another ADR at BOMA at 7:30pm. This will leave us some 5-6 hours to spend in Sea World (i.e. noon - 6pm).

This is our first visit to Sea World with DD1 and DD5. Which are the MUST see shows for them? Suggestions pls.

Since you have such a limited amount of time, I would suggest Believe ('cause you just hafta see Shamu ;) ) and the Clyde and Seamour (sp?) show. Blue Horizons is also a great show, but I think I'd choose the other two for your age group.

I've heard that Pets Ahoy is extremely popular with younger kids, but I've never personally experienced that show, so I can't comment on it.

All of the shows at Seaworld are pretty kid-friendly. I would choose based on what you want to see... maybe your 5-year-old is different from my DD when she was 5, but she was not good with shows at that age. We'd be going, "ooh! did you see that whale jump with the trainer on his nose?" and she'd be going "huh? Where?" or making faces at a kid in the next aisle. She didn't like to focus on action so far away, up on stage. She didn't dislike the shows, but she much preferred the animal exhibits.

To keep your kids happy, take them to the stingray and dolphin-feeding areas, make sure to walk through the shark tank (lots of tropical fish... it's not all scary sharks), and plan to spend some time at Happy Harbor, the kid play place. Be prepared to climb around the huge play structure with your 5-year-old... no way will you want to let her explore it on her own, it is huge.

Clyde and Seamour (we see it twice)
Believe (breathtaking for a little one)
Pets Ahoy is very cute (cats chasing mice, dogs chasing cats, ducks, a pig) You just have to love it if your a kid.

I've never made it to the circus (I'm always stuck in Happy Harbour with the youngest) but the older kids liked it.

Skip the Manatee area unless you love Manatees.
