What are the maint. fees for VGC?

$3.82 per point for 2009 prorated from Nov 30th - Dec 31st. Basically we'll only pay about a month of dues for 2009 which MS has told me won't be deducted from our account until Jan 2010.

I know this was true when we all purchased, because the target opening date was November 30th. However, (as we all know) they moved up the opening date to September 23rd. Who is going to pay the maintenance fees for those 9 weeks?

That was the info I received on 8/12 when I was talking with MS Accounting about when the VGC would begin auto payments for 2009 dues. I was told if we wanted to pay it off in 2009 we could make a payment on-line or by calling MS Accounting; otherwise, it would be on our Jan 2010 payment.

Based on my conversation with MS it doesn't look like DVC is changing the amount of dues for 2009. The amounts I was given were the same as the amounts showing on-line.
