What are the doors made out of?

Ok so that is a kind of weird question...

I am assuming, like most hotel doors, that they are made out of metal... Am I right?

I was thinking of decorating our door with a personalized magnet or something of the sort.

We use the 3M hooks with the pull tab. They come in different sizes and stick with an adhesive. When your done you pull a tab and the hooks come off, adhesive and all. We have never had them leave a mark and they are really strong. You can buy them a Home Depot or office supply stores.
