Hotel rooms at BC and BWI are about 380 sg ft and have two queens and a small daybed. Studios at BWV and BCV are about 360 sq ft, have a queen and a sofa with a pull out double, some have small daybeds, and all have the little kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and small refrig. Many consider having the kitchenette an advantage and prefer to be able to make the room larger in the daytime by putting away the double into the couch, but it is a matter of choice with no bad choice. At BW, the BWV side and the studios are much closer to the main pool than the BWI hotel rooms; at BC it is the opposite with the studios of BCV being farther away from the main pool than the hotel rooms. As far as hotel like amenities the hotel and villas at both are treated the same (room service, valet service, etc.) except that DVC members or persons renting villas from DVC members do not get maid service except a trash and tidy on the fourth day; those renting the villas through Disney get full maid service.
