they are not a travel agencey, help please thanks cmatt

I guess we will find out as we start to receive our monthly statements. There was nothing in the info pack that came with ours except the stuff listed on the Bankone website.

If you go to BankOne's website & register your card, which I haven't done yet :o , you will then have access to a card holders only site that will, when they have any, show special disney discounts for card holders.

IMOP I don't feel that this card will ever replace the DISNEY CARD, THIS CARD WILL LEAVE ALOT OF PEOPLE OUT WHO SUPPORTED THE DSNEY CARD FOR YEARS..................WILL NOT APPLY NOR DO I WANT THIS CARDIT CARD...................................I DON'T FEEL YOU WILL GET ALL THAT MUCH IN RETURN BUT HIGH INTREST RATES IN THE END.

I MEAN THE DISNEY CLUB CARD,,,,,,,,,,,,SORRY NOT THE DISNEY CARD,,,,,,,,,,,,SORRY.

Wow NO1BALOO I can see this has really upset you. I for one do not charge anything that I cannot pay off at the end of the month, & there is no annual fee so this card costs me nothing.

I was never a DC member, but I do recall there was a cost to join, which is probably why I did not. I do not go to Disney often, once every 3-4 years so the credit card is good for me.

I hope they will, in the future, offer some nice perks, & I am very excited about the collectors pin.

I did register my card online and was able to access the website. Right now, there is one deal for WDW (a room code which has been posted both on the DIS and MouseSavers.com). The room rates are the same as another code available to the general public.

Other "perks" include free shipping for Disney DVD Club members and an incentive to join said club. You can also get a "special gift" with purchase at any souvenir kiosk at their Broadway shows as long as you use the Disney VISA to pay for it.

There's also the $50 onboard ship credit if you book a cruise and pay for it with the Disney VISA. At DL, there's a discount ranging from $15 - $50 off when booking a resort package.

If you book a package thru WDTC and pay for it with the card, you get a 0% interest rate for 6 months.

There are no cardholder lounges and no special "gift" upon checkin, like there were with the AmEx Card. There is no 10% discount at the Disney Store like there is with the DC.

NO1BALOO

I agree with you but since the DC is ending we have applied for a card. At least with the card we are going to be benefiting from some of the offers even if it is just rewards to put towards our next vacation. As far as the interest rates...you are probably right. Knowing this we agreed to only charge on the card what we could pay for at the end of the month without carrying anything over.
I did e-mail and express my disappointment and dissatisfacition with the club ending.
