2005 DVC discounts

Some discounts are usually available at WDW if you are a member of the DVC, have a WDW AP, or are a Florida resident. Following is a list of known discounts and benefits. This list is intended for planning and as a general guide to discounts, and to help in determining the best discounts when several are offered. There may be other discounts and benefits available, so it is always best to ask.
The Disney Dining Experience was previously available only to Florida residents, but beginning on January 2, 2005, can be purchased by any Annual Passholder at a $25 discount off the regular price of $75.

Guests staying at any Disney Resort hotel, including DVC, may park free at theme parks..
DVC: Free valet parking at BWV, BCV, and WL Resorts (tipping suggested).

I'm kind of confused when they say Disney's Fairways. To me, that sounds like just the regular golf courses. If they mean Fantasia Fairways (the mini golf course), then it's right by the Boardwalk/Swan and Dolphin.
