What are the changes to dining starting Feb 1st?

Hi just wondered,

I heard there are going to be some changes to ADR's and dining on Feb 1st, can anyone tell me what they are please?

Crt will be 2 ts credits after feb 1st. However the Coral Reef in Epcot will change from 2 ts credits to 1 ts credit! Hope this helps........
