I am currently 68 days out and starting to get nervous. This will be our 5th trip in 11 years so we know what we like and we don't like. But it's our first trip in two years and have yet to experience the FastPass+ system.

My son really wants to try RNRC and I know we will all love ToT, it's my favorite and my boys are thrill seekers.

It worked out our HS day is on an EMH morning. What are the chances we can do stand by for both of those first thing. I plan to stand by RNRC no matter what, but would love to also stand by ToT and come back later to FastPass it.

For information purposes we will probably FastPass Toy Story, ToT, and Star Tours. Would just love to be able to do ToT twice.

I think you should be able to do both with little wait. Most people seem to head to TSMM first thing anyways. Make sure you get to HS at rope drop though.

As PP said, be there at rope drop and head straight to RnRc then on to ToT. You should be able to ride ToT a couple of times with a short wait and still ride it later in the day via your FP.

No. Unless you want to arrive at the ride behind a couple hundred other guests, make sure you get to HS well before RD. Like half an hour early.

The only and best advice I can give you is what all other PPs have said...get there before rope drop.
My family and I were there in December, 2 days after Christmas and February, we were at every park at/before rope drop and had our choice of rides for the first 2 hours.
Both of these times were, I believe, busier than when you will be there. It took us awhile to believe everyone about the rope drop strategy but believe me, its the way to go.
Do that and you won't have to worry
Have a great trip.

Regardless of when you arrive prior to opening, both of those rides should be doable with minimal waits.

Last time we were there, we were the third family from the turnstile. There were massive crowds at all the turnstiles. Well, wouldn't you know it, we were delayed a good five minutes because of problems with the scanners. The other lines went through, no problem. It was okay because we weren't heading to TSMM like most everyone else, but it was frustrating.
