What are the cancellation rules on the FD promo?

If you book a FD package (room, tix, food), and then decide you can't go... what are the penalties?

You have to cancel 45 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a penalty. If you cancel 44 days or less prior to arrival, you will pay a $200 cancellation fee.

If you have purchased the trip insurance, that premium is nonrefundable. You do have a certain number of days (exact number escapes me right now) to remove the insurance once it's added, about a week or so. After that it will be deducted from any refund, even outside of 45 days.
