what are the bus stop numbers for POP at MK, epcot, HS, and DTD?

usually i'm just following whoever i'm with but this time i'm going solo and with a visual impairment i just want to make sure i know the numbers ahead of time and where they are.

I stayed at AoA recently and at MK it was 34 - the farthest one!! I saw Pop a few before ours so I know it's on the far side by the water and pretty far down.

We drove to Epcot and didn't go to the other parks.

They can and do change without notice. You really should check the sign every time.
