I've never stayed at WL concierge not but over on the resorts board, you'll probably get lots of help. There is a "stuck" resort FAQ. Inside that is another concierge fact that could help you too.

In general concierge offers help with making PSs and reservations and answering your questions. The lounges all serve continental breakfast and snacks and beverages through the day. Times and type of offerings vary from resort to resort.
