What are the absolute must-do attractions at MGM and Epcot?!

Okay, I have a basic itinerary for MK and AK, but I'm not sure how we should divide up our time in MGM and EP. We have four days with park hopper passes and we thought we'd do 2 days of MK and 1 of AK. Since we have only one day to cover the other two, we'll have to be very specific about what we see. What are the absolute must-do attractions at MGM and Epcot?! I've got a DS who will be 9 and a DD who will be 4.5. My parents will also be going with my DH, the kids and me, but they'll probably just do whatever the kids want as long as it's not too wild (my dad has issues with motion-sickness)! Thanks in advance.

Oh it breaks my disney heart to cut out the countries but with only a half day there is no way you will get there. Really, we spend most of our time at Epcot we love it so. *4 kids, 12,9,4,2.
I assume you are not getting hoppers? Because if you were I would say you could do AK in the AM and then hit EPCOT For the World Showcase at night- you could have dinner and see Illluminations.(the shows alone are worth a trip to epcot- The candy lady , Off Kilter.....)
We also don't spend a whole day at MGM and have never seen Fantasmic. We are doing it this year!(famous last words.)
