Yup this. The pain is up there with labor. I didn't even have stones, just a very bad infection in my GB. It would wake me right up and I would think, uh-oh, here it comes. I would pace like an injured animal. Dry heaves... I didn't have surgery, I just had to be on heavy duty antibiotics.
