Asian dumplings. They can be filled with shrimp, veggies, pork, whatever, and usually served with sauce to dip them in. They're usually seared a bit in a wok or skillet, hence the name.

The middle two are considered the bottom of the dumbling and were the part that was seared as TDCNala put it...the other two have the same browned bottom. They are very very good =) A lot of times they are served with more of a soy sauce based dipping sauce.
