What are people thinking??

Why do people put naked pictures of their kids on facebook???

Have you ever seen this? Do you click "Report it"??

(and I am not talking about an infants behind, these kids are ages 3-6)

Think I might unfriend this person.

Maybe they're thinking that they only have people they know well on their friends list who aren't perverts that sexualize childrens' bodies?

Most people don't think. They don't stop and think that once they release something out into cyber space it is beyond their control and it can end up anywhere. They think they are only sending it to their close friends.

Also some people believe there is nothing wrong with young children being naked. It doesn't bother me because I had kids who loved to disrobe at any time but I would never put pictures of them on the internet.

Tell that to the woman who posted a pic of her family on the internet.

Fast Forward....a friend is traveling in POLAND and sees her friend on the side of a bus, or building...something of that nature!!!!

You never know who is looking at your pics and what they are using them for.

I would never post pics period let alone pics of kids nakey.

I was a webmaster for a Little League. We were prohibited from posting pictures or names of kids on our website. No team roosters allowed, just the coaches names, and team names and the schedules.

Which why I was so upset with FIL, when he used a pic he took of my DD (3 at the time) totally nude (cute pic, like naked in the baby pool) as his avatar for Yahoo and Yahoo messenger...and he's heavy into the Yahoo online games, so all sorts of people the pic. PLUS he's not shy about using his real information and if you google him you can find EVERYTHING about him...address, pictures, you name it. He thought I was over reacting but these days it's not hard for some piece together his info and find us. (since he also posts the ours names and the names of his grandchildren on the web!)

I personally never post any naked (even baby) pics of my kids and on Facebook, I delete albums all the time. (they are totally private anyway.)

The comment about the picture of the family or child used as an ad overseas is totally true, so crazy!
