What are my chances?

I just sent in my closing papers and amount owed to the title company. When everything is finalized, what are my chances of getting a 2 bedroom suite at AKV in October? I home is SSR.

You won't know until you try. We were able to get a Preferred 1br at BWVs for the last full week of Oct. just a few weeks ago. I was really surprised as this is the last week of MNSSHP as well as the F&WF still in progress so it is a very busy time. Sending your way!

I think your chances are good. The 7 month window for October is just now, so if you are in the system in a week or so, there should be rooms. You might not get to choose between Kidani or Jambo or value/concierge, but savannah and standard views should be available.
October is busy at BWV and BCV because of Food and Wine, but AKL does not fill up that fast at 7 months out. I actually booked Kidani for February in late December and could pick between the 2 lodges and some room types.

Well… I did not get AKV as I was hoping for . The dates I requested were/are Oct 27-30th. The only available resorts that were available, SSR and OKW, which I choose SSR. I did request to be place on a waiting list, should AKV becomes available before my stay at SSR. There is always another time!
