What are "must do's" at Disney Quest?

This will be our first time to DQ. My kids are 13, 11, and 8 (and one that is 41!)

What should we not miss? What should we avoid, if anything? Are there any virtual reality rides that tend to make people sick?

Thanks! We leave in 2 days!

I love all the things that are based on Disney Rides. Things like Jungle Cruise where you paddle the boats in air with a special paddle and you actually ove on the screen as you paddle. I also love the Pirates of the Carriabean where one person steers the ship and th others run around sinking ships by shooting a cannon. Perhaps one of the most fun rides to me include the Ranger spin where one person drives and one person picks up balls and shoots. Then you aim and hit other cars. That makes them spin uncontrollablly. Its not really bad either but I dont get dizzy so Im not a good judge on that. I do get sick on tea cups but Ranger spin I dont.
My all time favorite and you get to control if you go upside down or just forward and sway is the build your own roller coaster. (Theres probably a height requirement on this one) Anyway its a two person pod and you build the track they load it in and you ride it. I love to spin upside down but I have seen others that build no moe than somethng you would find in toon town.

Im a 40 something adult and you can see I love Disneyquest. I think the kids will really love it.

Do the Mighty Ducks Pinball... That is such a work out. A good one. I ended up 3rd. If I remember the 3 rd level or the 4th is where a VR game where you are a knight. That was king of fun. But the classic is the elevator when you go in to DQ.

OH the jungle cruise is really cool. You can get sprayed with water. It's fun.

Cyber-Space Mountain is a must do! You get to design then ride your own roller coaster (in a simulator...but what a simulator!!).

I also enjoyed the Jungle Cruise, the video game graveyard, the bumper car thing where you shoot balls at the other players, and that RC car thing where you pilot the car through the tunnels in the floor looking for treasure.

Pirates of the Caribbean, Aladdin, and Jungle Cruise are among my favorite of the rides they have there. I also enjoy the Mighty Ducks Pinball and the Animation Acadamy as well.

PIRATES pirate: is our family favorite ! You'll want to do more than once.

Be careful when doing Cyber space mt....becuase if you design it, you must ride it. :)

Great discription guys thanks for sharing, but I have a question. How long does it take to figure out the games? Are they pretty easy and good instruction on each of them or do you have to play each game a couple of times to figure out what to do and whats going on. Never been and looking forward to it for the first time, I'm a thirty something year old child of the 80's and I have never lost that Pac-Man fever:rolleyes1  ......

Oh, and one other question: is there a best time and/or day to go to DQ as far as the crowds.:teeth:

thanks again

Ooh-Ohh! Then you are gonna love the top floor! It is full of the video games from the early 80's... and they are FREE!

You might have to play them once or twice just like any game. They do have your pacman fever. Well if your going during the week I would say day or night, but I could be wrong. It would depend on the park hours and what season it was.

Thanks for all your replies - can't wait! We board the plane in 31 hours!
