It's $1.29 here per litre, which is over $5.00 gallon, but I'm fortunate to live by the border and bought gas in Buffalo, NY today for $3.81 per gallon, which is a bit under $1.00 per gallon. It makes me ill to think back to when we drove to WDW in 1999 and paid $0.99 per gallon in Georgia!

I live near Knoxville and our gas prices seem to be the highest around. What is wrong in East Tennessee I'm getting very angry, when I see that gas is over a $1 less all over the country. Friday one of the radio stations started talking about gas shortages and everyone ran to the gas station, we may have done this to ourselves.

I live in West Knoxville. Went and got gas at Pilot for $3.99 on Friday and then went to Target. In only 1.5 hours it went to 4.49 (I drove back by the SAME pilot on the way home from shopping. It's now 4.99 there. Crazy...

Pilot in Franklin, KY off I 65 was $3.89 6am this morning however by the afternnoon had jumped up to $4.29.

I live just north of Knoxville!
Thank God I filled up my car 2 hours before the gas prices soared! But the gas prices are still well over $4 and alot of the stations are "out".

I thought that price gouging(sp?) was illegal in TN.

I hope these gas staions that jacked up their prices get a BIG fine!!!
