What are Free Dining Options for end of August??

Friends are planning a visit to WDW from August 29th 2011 - September 2nd. They do not have a Disney Visa (they are not from the States). Can anyone help me understand what their options are for free dining?!! THANK YOU!!!!

Most likely they do not have a PIN code, so it would be the general public free dining offer. This offer is open to everyone now, booking through August 27, not just to Disney Visa cardholders. They are checking in within the time period for the promotion.

The details are: minimum 3 nights, maximum 14 nights, must pay full price for the room and purchase at least 2 day tickets per person, must purchase a $90 Photopass photo book as part of the package. Free quick service plan at value resorts, free regular plan at moderates or deluxes. It should be noted that availability for the promotion is limited at each resort - when the promotion rooms at a particular resort sell out for particular dates, guests wanting the free dining would need to consider picking a different resort.

If they are British, they may have other options.

It's the deal that says:

and for a limited time, enjoy it with a free dining plan! For a limited time, get a FREE dining plan when you buy the New Memories Vacation Package for 5-nights/6-days at select Disney Resort hotels for arrivals most nights between August 28 and September 24, 2011.

Note that the example shows 5 nights/ 6 days but the minimum is 3 nights and maximum is 14 nights.
