what are dining hours for Palo's?

just wondering when you book Palo's for dinner do you have a choice of time to dine or does everyone eat at the same time/sitting? Thanks.

You can choose your time. The restaurant is usually open from 6:00pm-10:00pm on sea days, and 6:00pm-9:00pm on port days. Get there early for reservations, as they fill up fast.
